Debrief conversation
Apprentice · Debrief 00:02Let's review the decisions behind your work. I'll bring up a few moments.
Sabine · Debrief 00:19Erzähle ich dir, um welchen Moment es grade geht, wieso du das quasi bestätigt hast, dieses Element. Und du siehst hier immer, über was ihr grade redet, was ihr grade macht.
Apprentice · Debrief 00:20What's your personal approval limit, and is it per invoice or cumulative?
Apprentice · Debrief 00:33What is your personal approval limit, and is it per invoice or cumulative?
Sabine · Debrief 00:43I can approve up to 1,000 euros.
Apprentice · Debrief 00:45What exactly do you check before saying "passt" and confirming?
Sabine · Debrief 00:58Uh, well, I check the VAT number and the delivery amount.
Apprentice · Debrief 00:59Above your limit, what if the other approver rejects or doesn't respond?
Sabine · Debrief 01:09I just resend it to them.
Apprentice · Debrief 01:10When do you reopen an approved invoice? Is there a cutoff?
Sabine · Debrief 01:17Nope.
Apprentice · Debrief 01:17Nope, no cutoff? And what triggers a reopening?
Sabine · Debrief 01:24I don't know.
Apprentice · Debrief 01:25If a flagged discrepancy is valid, how do you document it and proceed?
Sabine · Debrief 01:35I just write it per email to the CFO.
Apprentice · Debrief 01:38You work through the register in order. You check the VAT number and delivery amount, then confirm approval. You approve up to one thousand euros; per invoice or cumulative is unspecified. Above that, you resend to the other approver if rejected or unanswered. Approved invoices can be reopened, with no cutoff, but you don't know the trigger. Valid discrepancies go by email to the CFO. Does this match how you work?
Sabine · Debrief 02:08Exactly.
Apprentice · Debrief 02:10Your Work Map is ready to build. Thank you, Sabine.
